We encourage our clients to create an account with us to enable auto fill of your shipping details rather than doing it manually. This will also simplify our customer support system.
We accept PayPal, GCash, BPI/BDO/Unionbank bank deposit and online transfers.
We’re sorry, all paid orders can no longer be cancelled.
For unpaid orders, it will be automatically cancelled if we didn’t receive your payment within 3 banking days. If you need extra time to send in your payment, please contact us through email so we can assist you further.
We’re not on Shopee or Lazada.
Kindly email us with your order number and updated shipping details within 24 hours to avoid inconvenience in shipment.
Unfortunately, we only ship within the Philippines as of the moment. We’re looking forward to accommodate international clients soon. Make sure to follow our social media accounts to get the latest updates!
Shipping fees will be calculated automatically during checkout.
Once payment has been verified, your orders will be shipped out within 3 business days. We do batch shipping of orders to minimize physical contact with the riders. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched.

Due to government restrictions and protocols for covid19, please expect delays in delivery. For Metro Manila, it usually takes 1-3 business days and 3-10 business days for provincial areas. You may track your orders at http://dpx.ph/trackWaybill.jsp. Please note that the tracking number will reflect on the website one (1) day after shipping day.
