3. How much is the shipping fee?

4. When will my orders be shipped?
-Once payment has been verified, your orders will be shipped out within 3 business days. We do batch shipping of orders to minimize physical contact with the riders. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched.
5. Can you ship my order through third-party couriers (Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy)?
-We’ve put this option on hold as of the moment.
6. When will I receive my orders?
-Due to government restrictions and protocols for covid19, please expect delays in delivery. For Metro Manila, it usually takes 1-3 business days and 3-10 business days for provincial areas. You may track your orders at http://dpx.ph/trackWaybill.jsp. Please note that the tracking number will reflect on the website one (1) day after shipping day.

All concerns and complaints must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Any concerns/complaints received outside this timeline will not be accommodated.
Courier Mishandling:
If you receive your orders in poor condition due to courier’s mishandling, kindly send us an email at hello@decoartmnl.com. Please attach photo/s of your orders and we will be glad to assist you. Please note that replacement of item is subject for approval.
Defective product:
This rarely happens. But in case you’ve received a defective or damaged product, kindly report it to us through email and we’ll take the necessary actions. We offer refund or replacement, whichever is applicable.
